    This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control, including Etsy, Squarespace, payment processors, shipping carriers, or other third-party services you may access through our website or Etsy.   • To fulfill your order, you must provide certain information, such as:

    • Payment information (processed securely by third-party payment providers)

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items may be returned if:

    • The item is damaged or defective

    • You received the wrong item

    • The item is unused and in its original condition

    Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

    • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Dornbusch Farms will cover the return shipping.

    • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue either:

    • A refund to the original payment method, or

    • A replacement item, depending on your preference and availability.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery through the Contact page on dornbuschfarms.com. We’ll guide you through the return process.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may request:

    • Photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the packaging and shipping box

    Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement or a refund. Dornbusch Farms will cover return shipping for damaged items.

  • If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.

    • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

    • We recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office before reaching out.

    If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will assist with filing a claim and determining the best resolution.

Shipping Policy

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday.

    • Processing time: 1–2 business days

    • Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day

    • We do not currently observe shipping holidays

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • All orders ship from ZIP Code 47043 (Indiana, USA).

  • We ship to:

    • United States

    • International destinations worldwide

    Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • We ship using USPS Priority Mail services.

    Domestic (United States)

    • USPS Priority Mail

      • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

      • Insurance included up to $100

    International

    • USPS Priority Mail International

      • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days

      • Insurance is not included

      • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Some items ship in USPS Priority Mail boxes, while others require custom packaging due to size or shape. Shipping method and cost are determined accordingly to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, or customs are outside our control.

    If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us through the Contact Us page on dornbuschfarms.com, and we’ll assist you as best we can.

Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept order cancellations.

    Once an order is placed, it is considered final and enters processing immediately. Orders may only be refunded if they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in our Return Policy.
